In Williamsville, family-run Italian places are busiest on weekend evenings and around holidays, when reservations or call-ahead seating are worth it. BYOB is common at smaller restaurants in some states, with a modest corkage fee or none at all; the listing or a quick call will tell you. Wing-and-pizza shops across New York do most of their business by delivery and price wings by the piece or in fixed counts, with sauce heat adjustable on request. Catering trays, party pizzas and sheet pies need a day's notice at most places, and more around big game days.

Was there with my mom and absolutely can’t say enough about this place!! Everything from the nice smiling hostesses when you walk in to the friendly server we had. I forgot her name. Blonde long hair in pony tail, very pretty. And then the food is incredible. We had a Margarita pizza along with Rigatoni Vodka sauce. The best vodka sauce I’ve ever tasted! Outstanding. Kudos to this place for hitting it out of the park running an amazing restaurant in every aspect!

Walked in tonight greeted by a very welcoming gentleman. He politely advised us he had no table because they were booked. Didn’t have a reservation unfortunately but he gave us bar or lounge options. He walked us back and set us up immediately with the beautiful lounge area and got the bartender attention right away. He made sure we were welcome even though we had so table seating. His hospitality is a dying art and it was refreshing. The food was incredible. You have to get the wood fired wings and meatball pizza. What a nice option to not have fried wings. The pizza was also amazing and we will definitely be back again soon. This time we will have a reservation because it was busy and I can see why. Great hospitality and great food.

2-Star Review: Lazy Kitchen Standards – Pre-made and Inflexible We’ve visited this spot as a family before, and while the bartenders and waitstaff are consistently great, the kitchen has finally pushed us to the point of no return. The "Garlic Bread" Issue: For a restaurant to offer garlic bread but be physically unable to serve it without cheese is a joke. It’s a slap in the face to any customer who is lactose intolerant or simply doesn't want a pile of cheese sitting heavy in their stomach. When a kitchen tells you they "can't" remove an ingredient like cheese from bread, it tells you exactly what’s going on: The food is pre-made. It’s clearly prepped days (maybe weeks?) in advance and sitting in a cooler or freezer just to save the "lazy" chefs a few minutes of work. If they can't put garlic and butter on a fresh piece of bread to order, they aren't cooking—they're just reheating. The Food: The pizza was mediocre at best—nothing to write home about. Between the average food and the total lack of flexibility for basic dietary needs, the efficiency-over-quality mindset has ruined the experience. It’s a shame because the front-of-house staff works hard, but we won't be returnin

We like Rocco’s and are fans of the pizzas in particular. Yes you’re very close to your dining neighbors and the wine glasses wobble as if Mount Vesuvius is rumbling below, but it’s nice being right by the wood fire oven and to see the culinary happenings. The place is always packed; that’s a testament to the popularity of the fare. Looking forward to trying a seafood dish next time. Enjoyable food. 🇮🇹

Visited Rocco’s for Valentine’s Day and overall had a really good experience. It was actually a pleasant surprise to find availability only a couple weeks out — especially when most other places were booked months in advance. The hostess wasn’t particularly friendly, and we were seated against the wall very close to the couple next to us. It was tight enough that the woman next to us had to move her chair so I could get in. I understand it’s a busy holiday, but it did feel a bit cramped. The food, however, was excellent. The grilled octopus was fantastic — perfectly cooked with great flavor. The salmon was absolutely delectable, and the chicken Parmesan was pretty good as well. Our server (male) was very helpful and attentive throughout the night, which definitely added to the experience. If the seating and initial greeting matched the quality of the food and service, this would easily be five stars. I’d definitely come back.
